I have nothing but praise for you folks. After a failed failed experience with another dentist, First Smile Family Dental was able to get me right in, identify my immediate needs like antibiotics for an infection in my mouth, they developed a treatment plan designed around my needs initially and longer term. Between covid and relocation to Washington from Az., I was behind in my dental care. They accepted me with a smile and professionalism. I could tell I wasn't the only one with this impression. The waiting room was crowded and felt like family. The patients were multi ethnic and all ages, kids to seniors. Some new patients and some long term patients. The staff are incredible and providingreceived. 10/21/24; love this place. Best customer service I've encountered. Going to the dentist is scary and generally not a feel good situation for most people. I feel more comfortable here than any dentist office I have ever worked with. I love these folks. 11/5/2024; I had a root canal today. I thought it kind of fit to have it on election day. Love these folks. Totally painless.

This was my first time at this dental office and overall it was a good experience! For being a new patient, I was scheduled pretty quickly! It seems that all the staff work well together. Well it's been a while since I've been to the dentist but it was time to find one for my daughter and myself so after some research I chose First Smile and I couldn't be happier. They saw my daughter first and treated her like a princess. They really showed her the live and care that she deserved and even played her favorite movie to distract her and entertain her while they did her check up. Then during the same visit they took care of me and continued to look after my daughter while I got the cleaning I so desperately needed. Also in the end we both walked away NOT scared of the dentist so to anyone looking for a dentist for the family I strongly recommend this place. The hygienist who took my x-rays and did my cleaning was very gentle and kind. Super funny and fun to talk to. Doctor Vien was amazing. She did my fillings in a timely manner and talked to me about after care. We did a consult for ortho and we should be proceeding with trays. I appreciate the way this office was thorough with everything. The doctor isnβt trying to just make money off of you, you can tell she genuinely cares about all her patients. Definitely recommend.

She made very good suggestions for my dental plan, and was two steps ahead with getting my mouth scanned for a mouth guard. From there, was the Dental assistant. She was wonderful. So welcoming, so kind and super sweet too. She really took her time when cleaning my teeth, wasnβt heavy handed and did an AWESOME cleaning job. She would even have small talk with me and we laughed and talked making me feel even more comfortable. I would recommend anyone who is either new to the area like me to come to this dentist office, or who may be looking for a place that is professional in every way possible. What truly caught my eye was the fact that there was a multicultural of people working here. You donβt always find that at a dental office. I HIGHLY recommend this dental office because of all the listed things I have stated above. I am now going to schedule for my husband to come here too. It was my second time there, I needed an Emergency Extraction immediately yesterday. They were able to squeeze me in for a extraction. I was extremely in pain and stressed out about my crown. Dr.Nguyen was very helpful, gentle and reassuring during the procedure. She was able to comfort me, never realizing I was holding my breath during the procedure. After the procedure was done. She showed me my tooth and explained to me what caused my tooth pain. It was so relieving and extremely grateful for Dr. Nguyen and her dental assistant for squeezing me in for last minute emergency appointment. Looking for a Dentist Look no farther, You've Found it at First Family Dentist This is the best dentist I've ever been to I live in Renton and they are in federal way (a good 40 minute drive) I had a bad,rotten and painful tooth Without hesitation I was told to come in to the clinic. Dr. Nguyen hadn't even opened officially yet she was gentle cared about how I was doing, if I was ok or needed anything. Also took time to show exrays,pictures also explained everything she was going to do. The whole staff are great.
